Under the project name Ke Luo Fu Project, Rolf A. Kluenter summarizes a cycle of six installations with related films, the essence projects, whose emergence is based on his experiences, perceptions, memories that have developed and crystallized during the long process of his constant movement between East and West, Europe-Asia, Buervenich, near Cologne, Kathmandu and Shanghai from 1980 until present.


The concrete realization of the 'Ke Luo Fu Project' started with the performance of ‘The Announcer’ in mid-2006. From that time he began to write down the first versions of a concept and story boards.

 

Since, he has been continuously working on the project. He develops storyboards and screenplays, creates objects and the virtual world of the project, he continually involves in photographing and filming, and, he also documents the entire process of the project.
